the table I was on.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across almost every side of marketing. From building campaign assets to leading full-funnel growth, managing multi-million euro budgets, and owning revenue targets. I’ve not only seen what works, but more often, I’ve seen where things break down.
Inside companies, brand and demand often operate in silos. Agencies bring great ideas and solid execution, but when the connection between the business, the buyer, and internal teams isn’t in sync, even strong campaigns can fall flat. Things look good on paper, but without real alignment, progress stalls, and impact doesn’t last.
